Requirements: Proven experience in project management, customer service with problem-solving focus, or similar roles. Strong proficiency in contemporary web tools and platforms such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on pragmatism and delivering tangible results. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
