This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager, Professional Services in the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technical projects within a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in software development, project management, and client engagement, who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, stakeholders, and leadership to define project scope, develop plans, manage timelines and budgets, and mitigate risks. By delivering exceptional client outcomes, you will help build centers of excellence and drive innovation across multiple industries. This is a hands-on role that balances strategic oversight with execution excellence, providing measurable impact to clients and internal teams. Accountabilities Lead professional services engagements to optimize clients’ software delivery processes and align strategies with industry best practices. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring overall project health and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal leadership to improve project management processes, tools, and team efficiency. Assist teams in breaking down work into manageable tasks, estimating effort, and resolving technical obstacles that may impact delivery. 7+ years of experience in SaaS, technology consulting, or related product organizations managing large-scale projects. 5+ years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, GTM, or customer-facing roles with a record of successful project delivery. Experience leading projects through the full software development lifecycle in enterprise environments. Strong proficiency with project management and professional services automation tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Precursive, Salesforce). PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Experience with major cloud provider services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and client-focused mindset.
