We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead critical HR and people-focused initiatives across a fast-growing global organization. In this role, you will manage projects spanning mergers and acquisitions, compliance, payroll, and benefits, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will translate complex requirements into clear, actionable project plans, track progress, mitigate risks, and drive timely delivery. Accountabilities Plan, execute, and oversee projects across M&A, HR compliance, payroll, and benefits, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, legal, compliance, finance, and corporate development teams. Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate integration planning and execution for M&A initiatives, ensuring alignment between teams and processes. Prepare and present clear reports and updates for senior leadership and stakeholders. Continuously improve tools, templates, and processes to optimize project efficiency and outcomes. Capture lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects. 4+ years of experience in project management, with specific experience in M&A, payroll, HR compliance, or general HR highly preferred. Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of M&A processes, HR frameworks, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) and productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace). Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with change management principles and global employment laws. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage competing priorities. High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, integrity, and sound judgment.
