Working remotely during Eastern Time business hours, you will collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and external partners. Your ability to anticipate challenges, resolve delivery issues, and maintain strong financial and operational controls will be essential to the program's success. This is an opportunity to contribute to a large-scale telecommunications infrastructure initiative in a collaborative, results-driven consulting environment. \n Accountabilities You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-site network infrastructure activities, ensuring vendors meet project requirements, deadlines, financial expectations, and regulatory obligations. Your responsibilities will include: Project Planning and Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendors responsible for C-Band ground clearing activities, including site assessments, engineering, equipment deployment, installation, testing, and acceptance. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, RACI matrices, detailed plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status reports. Monitor site-by-site progress, evaluate performance data, identify potential delays and risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones and FCC clearing deadlines. Coordinate site readiness, engineering approvals, supply chain requirements, equipment availability, procurement activities, and vendor deployment schedules. Oversee vendor performance and ensure work is delivered according to agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines. Financial and Operational Oversight: Track vendor costs, purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and financial commitments. Reconcile expenses against approved project scopes and completed work. Monitor budgets and financial performance, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary. Coordinate with finance, procurement, engineering, operations, and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Compliance, Documentation, and Reporting: Collect, validate, organize, and maintain infrastructure designs, equipment records, vendor activity reports, testing results, proof of completion, invoices, and supporting documentation. Ensure project records are complete, traceable, and organized to meet FCC compliance, reimbursement, and audit requirements. Prepare and coordinate FCC regulatory reporting submissions and reimbursement packages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with applicable program requirements. Develop project status reports, dashboards, financial analyses, and executive presentations. Coordinate site acceptance, resolve punch-list items, and manage final deliverables and documented project closeout. Support continuity of satellite services throughout project execution. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in telecommunications or network infrastructure. They should be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing complex vendor relationships, technical documentation, and multi-site delivery programs. Key qualifications include: At least five years of hands-on project management experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, cable, or network infrastructure. Proven experience managing third-party vendors, multi-site deployments, project schedules, budgets, and complex technical documentation.
