This role is designed for a seasoned project management professional who thrives in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex organizational environments. You will oversee enterprise-level projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. This position requires collaboration with diverse teams and frequent engagement with senior leadership to influence outcomes and deliver impactful solutions. You will drive the full project lifecycle, manage resources and budgets, and ensure quality and compliance across deliverables. Ideal candidates are adept at navigating complex project environments while mentoring and guiding team members to success. Accountabilities: · Lead planning, organization, and execution of large-scale, enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. · Manage full project lifecycle, including requirements assessment, project plan creation, resource management, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure. · Utilize industry-standard project management tools and techniques, contributing to methodology development and departmental procedures. · Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, risk management plans, and issue logs. · Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including executive leadership. · Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate project risks. · Coordinate cross-functional meetings to achieve project milestones and company objectives. · Monitor creation and delivery of all project outputs, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operational documentation. · Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. · 7+ years of project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects. · Previous experience in a functional leadership role with supervisory responsibilities, including hiring, training, and performance management. · Proven expertise in healthcare project management, ideally in Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care environments. · Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior leaders. · Proficiency in MS Office; Smartsheet experience highly preferred. · PMP certification is preferred. · Competitive annual salary: $86,000 – $154,700, adjusted based on skills, experience, and education. · Comprehensive health insurance coverage. · 401(k) and stock purchase plans. · Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities. · Paid time off and holidays. · Flexible work arrangements including fully remote, hybrid, or office-based schedules.
