This role provides an opportunity to manage complex energy efficiency, data center, and industrial consulting projects across commercial and technical environments. The Project Manager II will oversee project execution from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and compliance standards are met while coordinating field operations, contractors, and internal teams. This position emphasizes communication, quality, and safety, with a focus on delivering impactful results for clients. Candidates will work remotely within CST, MST, or PST time zones, with occasional travel to project sites. The role requires a balance of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to drive high-quality outcomes. Accountabilities · Lead project execution from mobilization to completion, ensuring alignment between field operations, contractors, and internal teams. · Monitor project schedules, budgets, compliance, and documentation to meet organizational and client standards. · Support quality control efforts and adherence to safety protocols across all project activities. · Assist in permitting processes and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and agencies. · Maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. · Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. · Help ensure seamless project transitions from sales to operational execution. · Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. · 7+ years of experience managing mechanical, electrical, and energy efficiency projects. · CAPM certification or PMP in progress preferred. · Strong familiarity with HVAC systems, energy retrofits, or controls-based projects. · Basic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and construction drawings. · Experience with project coordination or construction management software (e.g., Procore). · Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects concurrently. · Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by project locations. · Competitive salary range: $115,000 – $130,000 annually. · Remote work flexibility within CST, MST, or PST time zones. · Health, dental, and vision insurance. · 401(k) retirement plan. · Paid time off and holidays. · Professional development support. · Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities.
