This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple software development and service delivery projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will assist in planning, executing, and tracking project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics while supporting team members and facilitating communication across departments. The position emphasizes aligning project goals with client requirements and organizational objectives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and risk mitigation. You will engage with stakeholders, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This fully remote role offers flexibility, collaboration with talented teams, and a chance to drive meaningful impact on client projects. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are key to success in this position. \n Accountabilities: Assist in developing and executing project plans under the guidance of senior project managers. Participate in regular project meetings to track progress and provide updates to internal teams. Support team members, manage project timelines, and ensure timely task completion. Communicate project status, milestones, and changes to stakeholders and team leads. Align project tasks with client requirements and organizational goals, assisting in process optimization. Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed. Support harmonization of processes across departments to improve efficiency and consistency. Assist in service project prioritization, bid assessment, contract planning, and quality assurance. Requirements: 6+ years of project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Experience using AI or GenAI in project-related tasks. Strong client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software and ERP solutions. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strategic decision-making and collaborative problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, high-energy, and passionate with a positive attitude. Occasional travel for meetings or training may be required. Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field preferred.
