As a Project Manager, you will oversee multi-million-dollar implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery using Agile methodologies. You will engage closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans. The position requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of healthcare data and systems. Accountabilities: Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management. Implement Agile frameworks and facilitate core ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos. Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, infrastructure) to align project goals with customer needs. Create and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports, including Project Charters, Gantt charts, and lessons learned. Track and report project progress, KPIs, and OKRs to internal leadership and external stakeholders. Manage customer and internal meetings, document action items, and ensure timely resolution. Lead transition to production support, including ticket tracking and closure. Identify and mitigate risks and organizational impediments to project success. 7+ years of project management experience; 3+ years in business analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with Project Management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally). Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills. Knowledge of healthcare systems, Value-Based Care, and healthcare data formats (CCDA, HL7) preferred. Familiarity with IT/Automation concepts (APIs, SQL, BI). PMP Certification is preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
