This role oversees the full lifecycle of residential construction projects, managing multiple renovations per month while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The position combines hands-on field management with strategic planning, including contractor recruitment, permitting, and project coordination. You will act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, maintaining seamless communication and oversight from start to finish. This dynamic, remote role involves frequent travel to job sites within Virginia, offering a blend of independence and collaborative engagement in a high-growth residential construction environment. Accountabilities: Manage and complete 3–6 residential renovation projects per month, adhering to established timelines and budgets. Recruit, coordinate, and oversee contractors and subcontractors across all trades. Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities to reduce costs and streamline construction processes. Ensure all permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements are met. Conduct final inspections and document completed work with detailed property photos. Deliver equipment to job sites as needed and troubleshoot any on-site issues promptly. Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. 5+ years of experience in real estate project management, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration. Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction processes, timelines, and quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. Must reside in Virginia and be willing to travel to multiple job sites.
