In this role, you will oversee complex program processes that drive significant outcomes for our clients. You will be instrumental in assessing and managing risks that can impact operational integrity and success. By analyzing various data and trends, you'll help formulate strategies for risk reduction while maximizing opportunities. This is a critical position, ensuring that our partners' essential missions are supported effectively. Collaboration and proactive management will be key components of your responsibilities. \n Accountabilities Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program Identify all Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIOM) that impact the program Meet with government peers and represent the program at risk forums Work with technical teams to develop risk plans Contribute to Measurement & Analysis processes; facilitate monthly program management reviews Solicit and organize various inputs (KPIs, metrics) from program teams Requirements Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree 8+ years of related experience Public Trust (DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability) Good communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with MS Office suite tools and automated analytical tools Preferred: 10+ years of related experience; degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline; experience with ITIL Risk Management and Service Delivery processes Benefits Full-flex work week to own your priorities at work and at home 401K with company match Comprehensive health and wellness packages Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications Cutting-edge technology you can learn from Paid vacation and holiday for rest and recharge \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
