This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of ITility, LLC. We are currently looking for a Program Manager (Sustainment Support) in United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage sustainment support programs that ensure operational excellence across complex IT and telecommunications systems. The position involves coordinating multiple teams, managing resources, and ensuring seamless execution of program deliverables. You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic direction, and maintain high-quality standards across multiple projects and locations. This role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and a results-oriented mindset to drive organizational goals forward. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in program management, IT acquisition processes, and cross-functional team leadership. Remote work is available, with potential travel to client sites as required. Accountabilities: · Lead and manage teams of data processing and information management professionals engaged in analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, conversion, and implementation of automated systems. · Oversee day-to-day contract support operations, potentially across multiple projects and locations. · Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all program activities. · Establish and adjust management structures to ensure effective program execution. · Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and orally, with stakeholders at all levels. · Manage special projects or tasks that support overall organizational objectives as needed. · BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of specialized experience. · Minimum of 5 years of program management experience with increasing responsibility in IT or consulting sectors. · Strong knowledge of the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones. · Proven experience in analyzing source documentation and contributing to acquisition documentation. · Holds a recognized Project or Program Management certification. · Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. · Ability to work in a remote environment while occasionally supporting client site activities. · Physical ability to perform office-based tasks, including prolonged computer work and lifting 15–25 pounds. · Competitive salary commensurate with experience. · Health, dental, and vision insurance. · Paid time off and company-observed holidays. · Professional development opportunities and technical training. · Flexible work environment with remote options. · Opportunity to contribute to high-impact programs supporting national defense and first responders.
