In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic objectives across the Servicing vertical. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams to implement high-impact projects and enhance the borrower experience, making a significant contribution to the organization. Your leadership will support the development of early-career professionals and foster employee engagement within the team. Drive employee engagement strategy for all Servicing sites, including events and recognition programs. Develop measurable success metrics for program effectiveness and advancement readiness. Create standardized playbooks for engagement and development programs across teams. Maintain budget tracking, planning, and reporting on engagement and development investments. Lead communications around engagement and development programs. Represent Servicing Programs in enterprise talent forums. Requirements 4-6+ years of experience in program management, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness. Proven success designing and executing scalable employee programs across multiple locations. Ability to translate feedback and engagement data into action with measurable outcomes. Experience developing and delivering learning or leadership development content. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust across partners. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership. Highly organized and proactive, able to manage both strategy and execution.
