This role offers the opportunity to lead a critical telehealth program focused on addiction medicine, providing no-cost, evidence-based care to individuals across the state. Develop, implement, and refine program workflows to ensure efficient service delivery. Supervise, mentor, and schedule program staff, ensuring alignment with program goals. Lead quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and maintain compliance. Monitor program metrics, generate reports, and recommend process enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate care and expand program reach. Ensure program adherence to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards in a virtual environment. Assist in strategic planning and program growth initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 3 years of professional experience in public health, healthcare administration, or allied health services. Leadership, supervisory, or program management experience. Experience with telehealth platforms, Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and secure digital communication tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build rapport in a virtual setting. High technological proficiency and adaptability to new tools. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in new program development and telehealth service management is a plus.
