This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Manager in New Jersey (USA). We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. You will play a key role in managing resources, mitigating risks, and driving process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, while directly contributing to the advancement of innovative technologies. Local candidates based in New Jersey are required, as this is an on-site role. Accountabilities • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects from initiation through closure. • Establish project priorities and manage cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements. • Perform risk assessments and implement solutions to maintain project objectives and client satisfaction. • Monitor daily activities of project teams, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure engagement and adherence to project timelines. • Maintain clear and regular communication with internal stakeholders and clients to align expectations and report on project status. • Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the program management function. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 4 years’ experience leading project teams across diverse technical disciplines. • Proficiency in technical writing, including system requirements, design documents, and test reports. • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management platforms. • Previous experience managing projects in medical devices or other highly regulated industries is a plus. • Strong understanding of trade-offs between budget, technical requirements, and project timelines. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Competitive salary range: $100,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience. • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO). • Company retirement plan with employer matching contributions. • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. • Inclusive and collaborative work environment.
