This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Manager. This critical role encompasses the effective implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in Washington, utilizing national services while fostering local operational effectiveness. The Program Manager will spearhead all facets of the Washington program, including budget management, stakeholder engagement, and community support for recycling services. This position plays an essential role in driving improvements and capabilities within the program, ensuring alignment with both local needs and national standards. \n Accountabilities Develop and manage the CAA Washington PRO budget. Collaborate with producers and local governments to address unique needs. Support and educate producers on compliance and reporting requirements. Implement the Program Plan for Washington, mobilizing necessary resources. Engage communities and stakeholders for successful EPR implementation. Oversee data management and reporting obligations. Build relationships with material recovery facilities and local service providers. Manage stakeholder engagement and board activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in waste or recycling leadership. Strong budget management skills. Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities. Proven track record in program implementation and stakeholder engagement. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
