Our partner is looking for a Program Manager, Business Transformation & Platform Operations based in the United States. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on driving business transformation, operational excellence, and scalable platform enablement across a complex healthcare environment. You will connect business and technical teams to translate operational needs into practical process, reporting, automation, and technology solutions. The role combines program management, business analysis, platform operations, analytics, governance, and continuous improvement. You will help improve visibility, simplify processes, strengthen data quality, and increase adoption of enterprise capabilities. A major focus will be creating sustainable processes, documentation, and knowledge-transfer practices that reduce key-person dependency and improve business continuity. You will work closely with leaders across operations, revenue, compliance, PMO, and technology to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable business value. This opportunity is well suited to an analytical, adaptable program leader who enjoys solving complex problems and turning business challenges into scalable solutions. \n Accountabilities: Lead and support cross-functional business transformation and operational improvement initiatives that increase execution efficiency, visibility, consistency, and scalability. Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify process gaps, manual workarounds, data-quality challenges, and opportunities for simplification or automation. Translate business requirements into practical process improvements, reporting solutions, workflow automation, and platform-enabled capabilities. Support prioritization, sequencing, readiness, change adoption, and implementation of business capabilities across diverse stakeholder groups. Support enterprise platforms and operational tools by coordinating enhancement requests, gathering requirements, supporting testing, and facilitating user adoption. Provide governance, administration support, roadmap coordination, training, user support, and continuous improvement for key business systems. Develop, maintain, and improve operational reports, dashboards, metrics, and business insights that support better decision-making and execution. Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and increase operational capacity. Establish and maintain reporting governance, data-quality standards, and repeatable processes for key operational metrics. Serve as a trusted advisor to PMO, PgMO, revenue, compliance, operations, and technical teams on transformation, reporting, automation, quoting, value-stream strategy, and process improvement. Clearly communicate priorities, risks, tradeoffs, dependencies, and recommendations to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, standard operating procedures, and training materials. Facilitate knowledge transfer and cross-training to reduce reliance on individual contributors for critical operational activities. Maintain visibility into risks, enhancement requests, reporting requirements, and operational dependencies while building sustainable governance routines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, analytics, information systems, program management, process improvement, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, business analysis, operational excellence, reporting, automation, platform operations, or process improvement. Experience working with enterprise applications, operational platforms, reporting tools, workflow solutions, or business systems. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new platforms, technologies, and business processes and become a credible partner to both business and technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills. Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing, enabling adoption, and translating business needs into scalable solutions. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while working effectively across business and technical teams. Experience with enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, professional services automation, project portfolio management, workflow automation, analytics, or reporting platforms is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Kantata, or comparable enterprise platforms is an advantage. Experience in regulated, healthcare, compliance-driven, or operationally complex environments is preferred. Knowledge of process improvement, change enablement, operational governance, data quality, and performance measurement. PMP, CAPM, business analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or another continuous improvement certification is a plus. Strong adaptability, stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills, with the ability to work autonomously and influence without direct authority. Benefits: Base salary: $120,000–$165,000 USD annually, with individual compensation determined by location, skills, expertise, experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
