This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Manager, Accelerator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in accelerating startups and projects that leverage cutting-edge technology. Your work will directly impact the success of innovative programs and initiatives, helping to shape the infrastructure for future developments. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team and a network of industry experts to create educational content and supportive resources. This is an incredible opportunity to lead initiatives that contribute to a transformative ecosystem while working remotely. \n Accountabilities Manage, track, and work closely with projects to understand their needs and support them through their early startup journey. Develop an ongoing timeline of workshops, activities, and resources to support projects in their growth, covering topics such as design thinking and product development. Identify, recruit, and onboard subject matter experts, curriculum creators, mentors, and advisors. Develop and drive educational programs and curriculum while creating an excellent experience for projects in the ecosystem. Plan and drive culture-building and networking events for projects in the ecosystem. Work closely with the leadership team to develop new strategies and assess educational program strengths. Requirements 5+ years of previous startup/tech experience, ideally in an operations-based role. Ability to lead multiple programs from beginning to end, with project management and client-facing experience. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Understanding and engagement within the venture and startup ecosystem; a network within that ecosystem is a plus. Experience in leading or supporting a tech startup accelerator or incubator is preferred. Passion for tech startups and entrepreneurship.
