This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Professional Services Project Manager in the United States. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead enterprise-level projects that drive successful adoption of advanced technical platforms. You will coordinate onboarding, implementation, integration, and consulting services, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes efficiently. The position requires collaboration with sales, engineering, and service teams to align solutions with business needs, manage expectations, and resolve challenges proactively. You will play a critical role in cultivating customer trust and delivering measurable impact, all while operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position emphasizes structured project management, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, offering growth opportunities and exposure to high-profile enterprise clients. Accountabilities Own and manage all aspects of project delivery, including timelines, risks, issues, and quality to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, and deployment teams to collect requirements, define scope, and propose service solutions. Partner with engineers and subject matter experts to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Manage customer communications, including project kickoffs, status updates, and escalations. Maintain project artifacts such as plans, timelines, and status reports for internal and external visibility. Drive technical and strategic decisions to keep projects on track while ensuring successful implementation. Facilitate sharing of customer feedback and align internal teams with customer success strategies. 5+ years of experience managing enterprise customers with technical, cloud-based solutions, services, onboarding, or implementation projects. Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple engagements simultaneously. Strong organizational, time management, and project planning skills. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) and PSA tools (e.g., Certinia/Financial Force). Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive, self-starter mindset. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with engineers, internal teams, and executive stakeholders. Knowledge of customer education, training, and troubleshooting guidance.
