We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to drive the delivery of innovative financial solutions that integrate mission-critical data across cloud ERPs. In this role, you will transform strategic product roadmaps into actionable features, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to balance priorities, mitigate risks, and continuously deliver value. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and strategically minded, capable of translating market insights and customer feedback into impactful product decisions. Accountabilities Own the product backlog and prioritize features to align with strategic objectives while balancing competing demands. Lead release planning and sprint planning processes, setting clear goals and ensuring successful delivery. Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Identify, analyze, and proactively solve problems to remove obstacles impacting delivery. Conduct sprint reviews and ensure acceptance criteria are met from a business and customer perspective. Create documentation in partnership with Product Managers and Marketing to support development, launch, and sales initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams, clients, and external audiences through product demonstrations and consultation. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and principles. Ability to balance conflicting priorities and negotiate backlog items with engineers and leadership. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas clearly. Preferred: Experience with ERP reporting, business intelligence products, ETL tools, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Certifications in Agile, Scrum Product Owner, or Pragmatic Marketing are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
