In this role, you will own and continuously enhance critical business capabilities that support data-driven healthcare solutions. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and product, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, analysts, and implementation teams. Your focus will be on translating complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements while ensuring technical feasibility and value delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing capability-related inquiries, production support, and issue triage in line with SLAs. Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams to document workflows, functional designs, data mappings, and integration points. Break down features into clear, value-driven user stories and maintain a well-prioritized, refined backlog. Partner with development teams on testing strategies, delivery planning, and acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality releases. Provide business context and decision support to ensure delivered features meet defined success metrics before production deployment. Track performance using KPIs, analyze gaps, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall capability performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience; relevant IT certifications are a plus. At least 5 years of experience as an analyst or Agile Product Owner. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-mapping skills with the ability to uncover implicit requirements. Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of Agile and software development life cycle practices; STLC experience is a plus. Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required. SQL experience and familiarity with system integrations are considered strong assets. Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
