This role is pivotal in owning the product vision and lifecycle within an Agile environment, where you will drive value and strategic alignment. Your responsibilities will include defining and communicating the product roadmap, managing requirements, and ensuring successful delivery by collaborating with Technology Teams and stakeholders. As the central point of clarity, you will provide guidance through the software development lifecycle and foster customer satisfaction, significantly impacting the product's success and user experience. \n Accountabilities Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships as the voice of the product team Contribute to product organizational change management communications Provide product direction from the product's vision and set aligned sprint goals Understand and communicate the pros and cons of various product features Write well-formed user stories for the Agile product team Aid product team self-sufficiency and maintain ownership of the product backlog Ensure product quality pre and post-release, focusing on client satisfaction Collect product analysis and identify improvements based on data Lead resolution of product issues and communicate events effectively Collaborate with the Product Team to define success metrics and create user stories to improve customer satisfaction Manage iterative delivery of new product features from ideation to release Collaborate with the Scrum Master to communicate progress to clients and leadership Recognize when product team results are not achieving Sprint goals Work proactively with Scrum Master and Talent Managers to determine future actions May be responsible for product governance and budgeting Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-7 years of related experience with a strong understanding of business and technology teams Expert level proficiency in Agile Scrum Principles and SAFe Framework At least one industry certification required (CSPO, POPM or PSPO) Proven ability to influence leadership to drive results Innovative, decisive, and detail-oriented Knowledge of general business operations and cost-benefit awareness Understanding of solutions architecture within the product ecosystem Experience in managing inter-team and cross-team discussions effectively Outcome-based delivery focus with a business and solution orientation Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k and employee stock purchase plan Paid time off and paid sick leave Supportive and inclusive workplace culture Professional development opportunities Flexible work environment Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
