This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and optimize product operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Product Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of operational processes, tooling, and governance that support product development and strategic initiatives. This includes managing roadmap planning, Voice of Market processes, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, continuous process improvement, and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, ensuring that product initiatives deliver measurable business impact. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or from an office location with occasional travel. Accountabilities The Product Operations Manager will: Own the Voice of Market and roadmap planning processes, from ideation through engineering execution, ensuring alignment with strategy and data-informed decision-making. Collaborate with product, UX, and product marketing teams to gather customer insights, conduct experimentation, and translate findings into actionable processes. Manage and optimize product management tools, ensuring effective adoption, user engagement, and streamlined workflows. Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and business outcomes. Mentor and coach product teams on best practices, tools, and techniques to facilitate high-quality product delivery. Develop documentation, training materials, and templates to support internal teams in understanding processes and operational changes. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure successful implementation of product initiatives and strategic objectives. Candidates should possess: 5–7 years of experience in Product Operations and/or Product Management. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to adapt to change and drive actionable outcomes. Demonstrated success leading multiple cross-functional projects concurrently. Experience influencing without authority, aligning teams around shared goals and strategies. Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools, including JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and insights to inform product and operational decisions. Ability to coach and consult across teams to drive alignment and operational efficiency. Experience with roadmap planning and Voice of Market tools, such as Pendo, Advanced Communities, or Jira Product Discovery. Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, or Looker is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; experience in SaaS or software companies is advantageous.
