This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Trading API in North America. As a Product Manager for Trading API, you will lead the strategy, development, and growth of high-impact trading and brokerage products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing teams to define and deliver features that optimize trading workflows, enhance user experience, and drive adoption. This role offers the chance to shape product roadmaps, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will influence both short-term execution and long-term strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Accountabilities Define and own the product vision and roadmap for trading API products, aligning strategy with customer needs and business goals. Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable product specifications and deliver high-quality releases. Monitor key metrics and analyze product performance to inform continuous improvement and growth initiatives. Drive go-to-market strategy, adoption, and engagement, coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations teams. Identify opportunities to optimize user funnels, conversion rates, and product activation, ensuring maximum impact. Lead ad hoc projects and initiatives, adapting to evolving business priorities and market dynamics. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, STEM, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, trading platforms, or building financial products. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL for data-driven decision-making. Deep understanding of trading, markets, and financial products. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance immediate problem-solving and long-term vision. Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing complex cross-functional projects. Nice-to-have: experience with algorithmic trading, API development, or scaling trading platforms.
