This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager in the United States. As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of data-driven products that transform how organizations leverage insights to drive engagement and outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, and Delivery to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable product roadmaps. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement—ensuring alignment with client expectations and long-term platform strategy. You will be responsible for both core platform features and customized client solutions, balancing technical feasibility with business impact. The position offers a dynamic environment where you can influence product strategy, optimize workflows, and enhance the customer experience across multiple regions. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience are essential to succeed in this role. Accountabilities Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business strategy and client needs across multiple regions. Define, prioritize, and deliver configurable modules, dashboards, and features that meet client requirements. Write clear user stories, specifications, and sprint-ready tickets; manage backlog refinement and sprint planning. Coordinate product releases, including betas and UAT, and ensure internal teams and clients are prepared for launch. Monitor product performance and usage metrics, using insights to guide iterative improvements. Lead discovery with clients and stakeholders, converting insights into actionable product decisions. Manage product risks, dependencies, and migrations from legacy systems to new platforms with minimal disruption. 5–7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, BI, or analytics, with full lifecycle ownership from discovery to release. Proven roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment, and experience using Jira/Confluence for planning and delivery. Strong Agile practice (Scrum/Kanban) and experience delivering incremental value in sprints. Technical fluency, comfortable discussing APIs, data models, integrations, and platform capabilities with cross-functional teams. Experience writing clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with privacy, security, and compliance standards, including GDPR. Experience managing custom client implementations and migrating users to new platforms. Knowledge of data platforms, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, and API-based product delivery. Excellent communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge of the sports, health, or public sector landscapes is a plus.
