The Product Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of procure-to-pay software products that streamline purchasing, budgeting, and inventory management for healthcare organizations. This role works cross-functionally with development, sales, marketing, services, and support teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with customer needs, market trends, and organizational priorities. The position requires translating insights from users and industry data into actionable product features, driving agile execution, and ensuring a seamless Go-To-Market process. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to both product innovation and organizational growth. \n Accountabilities: Define, prioritize, and execute product roadmap items for purchasing and budgeting capabilities. Collaborate with Development Leads and agile teams on sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature execution. Translate customer, market, and organizational insights into epics, stories, and actionable product requirements. Work with Product Designers to create mockups, prototypes, and validation exercises with customers and subject matter experts. Support Go-To-Market activities, including messaging, positioning, pricing, training, and webinars. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations relevant to the product. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Agile environments. 2+ years of experience in the procure-to-pay domain or similar software products, preferably with purchasing and budgeting solutions. Experience engaging with customers at multiple levels to gather feedback and validate requirements. Familiarity with product management tools such as Pendo, Aha!, Jira, or DevOps. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage day-to-day operational activities while driving long-term product initiatives.
