In this role, you will drive the end-to-end integration of products, systems, and data to create seamless digital experiences across multiple business functions. You will lead major transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth alignment between marketing, sales, operations, and support platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic vision with hands-on technical understanding, enabling successful product integration and data governance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and user experience across the organization. Accountabilities Lead integration initiatives spanning Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting, and Support systems, aligning them with business goals. Define and execute system and data integration strategies for high-priority initiatives and recent acquisitions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, manage priorities, and ensure alignment on business requirements. Develop key documentation including Market Problem Statements, Personas, Roadmaps, Value Metrics, and MVP definitions. Partner with development teams to translate requirements into actionable Agile user stories and ensure successful delivery. Facilitate executive reviews and secure approval for major program milestones and roadmaps. Create repeatable playbooks for onboarding new products and systems while maintaining strong data lineage. Drive improvements in system processes, reporting standards, and capability development across the enterprise. Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, including 2–3 years working with sales process implementation (M2L, L2Q, or Q2C). Proven expertise in data lineage, governance, and integration across enterprise systems. Experience managing large-scale system transformations and driving data-driven decision-making. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally within SaaS or enterprise environments. Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or experience in AI-driven product management or predictive analytics is a plus.
