This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager (IT Managed Services) in North Carolina. We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead and execute initiatives within a hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and AI-driven IT managed services environment. This role bridges the gap between strategic vision and technical execution, owning the product backlog, driving day-to-day development, and collaborating across engineering, sales, and operations teams. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with business acumen, thrives in a remote, distributed team, and excels at translating complex technical solutions into value-driven products. You will influence product adoption, enhance client outcomes, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative IT services in a fast-paced, evolving market. \n Accountabilities: Own and prioritize the tactical product backlog, translating high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering and operations teams. Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews to ensure product development aligns with timelines and scope. Coordinate cross-functional product releases, ensuring technical readiness, operational documentation, and internal training are completed on schedule. Act as the primary liaison for feedback from sales, support, and customers to identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to produce sales enablement materials, including solution briefs, battle cards, and training resources. Monitor product KPIs (adoption, ticket volume, profitability) and conduct regular analysis of the MSP/MSSP landscape to guide strategic decisions. Support management of key technology partnerships to leverage partner capabilities and ensure differentiated offerings. Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer) within B2B technology or IT services. Familiarity with Managed Services Provider (MSP) models, recurring revenue structures, or domains such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data/AI. Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps using agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accountability and self-motivation. Ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed work environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $98,800–$135,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus eligibility.
