This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of MediaRadar. We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Internal Data Processing & Automation in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead the optimization and automation of internal data processing pipelines critical to operational efficiency and data quality. You will manage the full product lifecycle for tools responsible for capturing, processing, matching, and tagging large volumes of advertising data across multiple platforms. Leveraging Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs), you will drive automation, enhance accuracy, and reduce manual workloads. Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and operations, you will translate complex data challenges into actionable product solutions while measuring tangible process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment and is passionate about delivering impactful automation initiatives. Accountabilities As a Product Manager, you will: • Define, prioritize, and own the roadmap for internal data processing and automation tools to maximize efficiency and data quality. • Translate complex workflows into actionable product requirements, user stories, and implementation plans. • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Operations teams to design, develop, and deploy ML/LLM-powered automation features. • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution of product releases, ensuring timely delivery of practical, scalable solutions. • Partner with stakeholders to gather input, communicate roadmap updates, and validate successful deployment of automated processes. • Monitor performance metrics for internal processes, including automation rates, data quality, and processing speed, and optimize workflows based on insights. • Support internal documentation and training for newly automated systems. The ideal candidate will have: • 3–5 years of experience in product management at a SaaS or data-centric company, preferably focused on internal tools or B2B products. • Proven success shipping products or features that deliver measurable process improvements or business value in data-intensive environments. • Experience collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers in an Agile development environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dig into complex datasets and identify opportunities for automation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Familiarity with advertising, media, or martech ecosystems, particularly in data collection and classification, is a plus. • Exposure to ML and LLM concepts and their practical application for process automation. • Experience with product analytics (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and data visualization tools is a plus.
