Conduct discovery with partners and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, opportunities, and integration requirements. Translate business and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and success metrics. Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver new integrations and feature enhancements, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Monitor and analyze integration performance, adoption metrics, and feedback to inform product iterations and continuous improvement. Serve as the advocate for integration partners and developers, identifying gaps, improving documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including partnerships, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment and smooth product delivery. Requirements: 4–6+ years of product management experience with a focus on APIs, integrations, or technical product areas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business requirements. Experience working closely with engineering teams, understanding technical architectures, APIs, and integration workflows. Proficiency in data analysis using SQL or similar tools to drive product decisions and measure success. Familiarity with agile product development processes and iterative software delivery. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to convey product vision and trade-offs to engineers, executives, and external partners. Customer-centric mindset, with experience conducting user research and advocating for customer needs.
