This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape customer experience initiatives across multiple domains, delivering seamless, integrated financial experiences to users. You will define and execute end-to-end product roadmaps, balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and CX operations to create high-quality, compliant solutions. You will influence multi-year product strategies informed by data, consumer insights, and market trends, while championing product management practices to drive measurable impact. Accountabilities: Define and implement end-to-end product vision and roadmaps for customer experience initiatives. Lead discovery, design, prioritization, and delivery of new features and programs across multiple domains. Collaborate with partners including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, legal, compliance, and CX operations to ensure timely and scalable solutions. Drive multi-year product strategy informed by consumer insights, partner capabilities, and market trends. Establish OKRs tied to business and consumer impact, aligning teams toward measurable outcomes. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to iterate and optimize product offerings. Support go-to-market planning and execution to drive engagement, conversion, and adoption. 5+ years of product management experience, delivering consumer-facing financial products. 2+ years of experience building or connecting inter- and intra-domain programs using shared components, libraries, and themes. Strong experience with product management practices including user stories, wireframes, testing, and performance analysis at scale. Experience working in Agile, Lean, or Silicon Valley Product Operating Models. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Competitive compensation and bonus plan.
