As a Product Manager II, you will take ownership of shaping and executing the end-to-end customer experience for digital financial products. In this role, you will lead cross-domain initiatives, integrating insights from data, user research, and internal teams to drive measurable impact. You will define and implement the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with partners across design, engineering, analytics, and marketing. Define user stories, requirements, and wireframes, and collaborate with engineering and design to implement seamless customer experiences. Conduct user research, analyze product performance, and leverage data to optimize features, funnel performance, and engagement metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, growth, legal, compliance, and CX operations, to ensure integrated solutions. Champion product strategy and OKRs, aligning teams on measurable goals and driving execution toward business and consumer impact. Ensure product initiatives integrate smoothly across digital channels, supporting a cohesive customer journey. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field (preferred). 5+ years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing financial products. 2+ years of experience leading or connecting multi-domain programs, integrating CRM, analytics, and service platforms. Proficiency in product management practices including defining requirements, wireframing, running A/B tests, and analyzing results. Experience in Agile, Lean, or Silicon Valley-style product operating models, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
