This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager II - AI Capabilities in United States. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of AI-powered product features that enhance business performance and customer experience. You will drive initiatives from discovery to delivery, translating user insights and data into actionable product decisions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will define success metrics, validate hypotheses, and ensure the product delivers measurable impact. Your work will shape innovative AI solutions, influence strategic priorities, and contribute to a growing portfolio of technical products. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of AI technologies with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, thriving in a remote yet collaborative environment. Accountabilities Lead end-to-end discovery and strategy for AI product features, translating customer needs into actionable hypotheses. Define, build, and launch AI-powered solutions across multiple lines of business, ensuring alignment with broader product initiatives. Drive execution of initiatives, monitor performance, and measure outcomes against key metrics and OKRs. Use data and interactive dashboards to inform decisions, design experiments, and validate product ideas. Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, digital, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Present priorities, progress, and product insights to stakeholders, influencing decisions across functions. Continuously deepen AI domain expertise and apply insights to improve product development processes. Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management with a focus on AI, machine learning, or similar technical products. Proven ability to lead end-to-end product discovery and own outcomes for features or product areas. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging data to guide product decisions and measure impact. Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver on product roadmaps. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with AI technologies, market trends, and product management best practices. Reside within 30 miles of Portland ME, Chicago IL, Boston MA, Washington DC, Dallas TX, San Jose CA, Seattle WA, or New York City NY.
