This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Data & Operations in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to shape data-driven product initiatives at the intersection of operational workflows and technology. You will lead discovery, design, and delivery of data-centric features that support case management, service delivery, and internal operational processes. Working closely with engineering, analytics, and operations teams, you will transform complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid product-operations environment, enjoys analyzing and modeling data, and is motivated to improve processes and outcomes. You will influence roadmap planning, ensure high-quality data underpins product development, and contribute to scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Accountabilities Translate operational and case management needs into clear product requirements and user stories. Lead discovery and definition for data-intensive features, clarifying scope, reconciling data sources, and aligning stakeholders. Analyze and reconcile member- and service-related data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability. Map operational workflows and data flows across systems, teams, and touchpoints, including third-party integrations. Facilitate technical scoping discussions with Engineering and Data teams to evaluate feasibility, sequencing, and trade-offs. Develop and maintain documentation including feature specifications, business models, workflows, data flow diagrams, and system integrations. Support sprint planning, quality oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives for data-centric product features. Participate in incident reviews and post-mortems to address data gaps, system issues, or workflow errors. 4–6+ years of experience in technical product management, product operations, business systems analysis, or data analysis. Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Proficiency with SQL and data platforms such as Power BI or Mixpanel. Experience mapping and modeling multi-system operational workflows; familiarity with BPMN is highly desirable. Knowledge of data modeling concepts (entity relationships, normalization) and experience designing or validating schemas. Strong documentation skills and experience with tools such as MS Office, Confluence, Lucid, Miro/Mural, and Jira. Clear communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives. Resilient, adaptable, and able to navigate change with a positive attitude. Experience with case management systems, contact center tools, APIs, microservices, or data pipelines is a plus. Understanding of HIPAA, data governance, FHIR standards, or healthcare compliance frameworks is beneficial.
