We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and development of consumer-facing activation and support experiences. This role focuses on enhancing onboarding, education, account management, and in-app support, ensuring users engage effectively and gain confidence in their experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, clinical, marketing, and customer support to translate insights from user behavior and feedback into actionable product strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, user-focused, and thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments, leading initiatives from conception to commercialization while continuously optimizing engagement and satisfaction. Accountabilities Define and execute a strategic vision for user activation and ongoing support, aligning with company growth objectives. Evaluate and analyze user behavior, feedback, and support data to identify friction points, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and launch onboarding, education, and in-app support features. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, development, launch, and iteration. Partner with analytics and research teams to establish success metrics and continuously optimize the user journey. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in digital health and consumer engagement. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred for senior-level candidates. 8–12 years of experience in product management for consumer-facing apps; experience in onboarding, user education, or in-app support is a strong plus. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms. Experience in digital health, especially with regulated medical products, is a plus. Deep empathy for users and passion for creating intuitive, engaging experiences.
