Requirements 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in an insurance agency or brokerage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks.
