This role offers an opportunity to manage the lifecycle of carrier-provided insurance data while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration into operational systems. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, product, compliance, and business teams, to define requirements, manage daily operations, and implement improvements. The position requires balancing high-volume operational responsibilities with strategic initiatives, such as process automation and AI-driven workflow optimization. The role is remote, allowing flexibility while providing a dynamic, collaborative environment where you can innovate and make a measurable impact on the efficiency and quality of carrier content management. Accountabilities: Oversee the collection, validation, and loading of insurance plan data from carriers. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for carrier-specific insurance data requirements, ensuring proper organization and storage of content files. Manage daily operational questions and issues from carriers and internal stakeholders regarding plans, rates, applications, and enrollment logic. Align data elements across provider, RX, carrier plans, and CMS files to maintain consistency and compliance. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status, updates, and risks. Explore opportunities to apply AI, automation, and LLM-driven solutions to enhance workflows and scalability. Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years in the health insurance industry; knowledge of Medicare, ACA, and Small Group plans is a plus. 3+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams on requirements and technical solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with carriers and offshore teams. Familiarity with SQL, ORACLE, XML, Web Services, APIs, and data management preferred. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Google Docs. Nice to have: experience in AI-driven product development, LLM applications, and automation solutions. Competitive base salary ($93,000 – $116,200) plus performance-based incentives.
