This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Management Supervisor - Customer Experience in the United States. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers to define and execute strategies that enhance customer experience across digital products. You will drive product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. This role balances strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, and analytics. By guiding your team in delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions, you will directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth. The position is fully remote with periodic travel for team meetings and company events. Accountabilities: · Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering professional growth and engagement. · Define and communicate clear product vision and strategy aligned with customer needs and business objectives. · Oversee project prioritization, backlog grooming, and phased delivery of product initiatives. · Drive adoption of product management processes, documentation standards, and best practices. · Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution, quality, and stability of product solutions. · Define success metrics for key initiatives and monitor performance in partnership with analytics teams. · Influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication of product goals. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. · 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer-facing technology products. · Minimum 1 year in a leadership role with experience managing and mentoring others. · Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and product/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday, Coda). · Familiarity with web and app development processes, behavioral analytics, and A/B testing. · Demonstrated success managing complex projects and adapting strategies to evolving business needs. · Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification. · Competitive base salary: $110,000–$135,000 USD per year. · Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with company contributions. · 401(k) with company match. · Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays. · Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with confidential mental health, financial, and legal support. · Professional development budget, company rewards programs, and work-from-home stipend. · Flexible schedule and support for work-life balance. · Opportunities for career growth, internal mobility, and skill development.
