Accountabilities • Assess product performance and market trends to guide strategy and compliance. • Evaluate documentation and launch materials for clarity and quality. • Monitor performance through data analysis, identifying innovation opportunities. • Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem identification to market readiness. • Resolve cross-team issues impacting product quality and delivery. • Support product leadership through all lifecycle stages, shaping vision and priorities. • Communicate product strategy to stakeholders, building consensus. • Provide direction, set goals, and develop a high-performing team. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or analysis. • At least 2 years of leadership experience in Property & Casualty products. • Strong skills in MS Office applications and database tools. • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. • Proven success in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
