This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Analyst I - Omni Order Lifecycle in the United States. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the full product lifecycle within a complex omni-channel order ecosystem. The Product Analyst I collaborates closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define technical requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value. You will manage artifacts such as process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria while supporting analytics, data governance, and operational monitoring. This position emphasizes learning and professional growth in eCommerce fulfillment, data stewardship, and Agile product delivery. The role is fully remote and offers a chance to contribute directly to improving customer experiences across multiple channels. Accountabilities: Translate business and technical requirements into detailed artifacts, including functional/non-functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Support product managers and engineering teams in defining, documenting, and validating technical requirements. Conduct data analysis, quality assurance testing, and acceptance testing to ensure product readiness for production. Act as a data steward, documenting definitions, metrics, and supporting data governance initiatives. Monitor product health, gather system statistics, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate to prioritize resolutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and improve product performance. Continuously learn and adapt, contributing to process improvements and innovation within the product portfolio. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience collaborating with product management, product design, and software engineering teams. Foundational understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to combine and interpret data from multiple sources. Knowledge of business intelligence tools and analytical methods to support KPI measurement. Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey insights and requirements. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Competitive salary range: $67,100 - $109,000 per year. Eligibility for incentive plans and potential equity components.
