In this strategic role, you will provide technical expertise and product guidance to key accounts, ensuring that platform capabilities are fully optimized for e-commerce solutions. Your contributions will be critical in driving successful integrations and enhancing the customer experience across various industries. This position requires a proactive approach to client management, allowing you to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders while identifying and implementing optimization opportunities. \n Accountabilities Maintain a strong mental model of the platform, including integrations and configurations. Identify technical issues and provide actionable solutions. Guide customers on platform usage and advanced features. Document implementations to support internal knowledge sharing. Provide technical support for A/B testing and performance measurement. Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations. Engage proactively with customer success teams to meet objectives. Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to influence platform adoption. Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or customer engineering. Deep expertise in e-commerce search and data-driven optimization. Hands-on experience with enterprise search or personalization platforms. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Ability to work with executive-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
