In this role, you will significantly influence the borrower experience by leveraging machine learning to enhance customer interactions and decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful ML-based solutions that improve financial outcomes for borrowers and business performance for our partner. Your contributions will help define a strategy that drives efficiency and personalization throughout the borrower journey, shaping a better financial landscape for all. \n Accountabilities Define the strategy for ML-based interventions within Servicing. Create systems and processes to enable consistent delivery of impactful ML models. Collaborate with PMs and engineers to enhance borrower touchpoints and interventions. Understand borrower needs to design personalized systems. Establish and track success metrics to assess the impact of product initiatives. Leverage data-driven insights for informed product decisions and optimizations. Prioritize features with the highest ROI to inform the product roadmap. Requirements 6+ years experience in product management with a focus on ML-based systems and consumer-facing products. Proven success in balancing quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to drive business outcomes. Strong product sense with experience in creating and executing a multi-quarter roadmap. Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication. Ownership mentality with a growth mindset, striving for continuous improvement.
