This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager, Reporting & Dashboard in United States. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a reporting and analytics product line that empowers users to make data-driven decisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data platform teams to create scalable dashboards, KPIs, APIs, and data integrations. You will deeply understand customer workflows and reporting needs, drive innovation in self-serve analytics, and optimize data architecture for performance and usability. This position requires strong technical acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You will define success metrics, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that analytics deliver actionable insights. The role offers the opportunity to shape the future of data-driven decision-making in a dynamic SaaS environment. Accountabilities Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for reporting and analytics products. Conduct user research, interviews, and analyze usage data to understand customer needs and workflows. Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to deliver scalable, performant reporting infrastructure and features. Drive the design and implementation of embedded dashboards, BI connectors, and data export strategies. Align product priorities with leadership, internal teams, and customer requirements. Track product performance metrics related to adoption, usage, and customer outcomes. Maintain awareness of competitive landscape in business intelligence and reporting to inform product decisions. 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS data products, reporting, or business intelligence. Proven success defining and shipping complex platform or infrastructure products at scale. Strong technical understanding of data warehousing, APIs, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data systems. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Mode) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). Knowledge of data lakes, reporting frameworks, and scalable data architectures. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps. Strong stakeholder management and executive presence; effective communicator with diverse teams. Empathy for users and ability to craft compelling data stories to drive business outcomes.
