This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of innovative solutions within a high-impact rentals marketplace. As Principal Product Manager, you will define and execute product strategy, leveraging AI-driven features to transform how consumers discover and secure their next home. This position allows you to mentor junior product managers, influence roadmap decisions, and work in a collaborative, remote-first environment. Your contributions will directly shape business growth, customer satisfaction, and the evolution of the rental experience for millions of users. Accountabilities Define and execute product strategy for a large-scale rentals marketplace, focusing on AI-driven consumer experiences. Lead the design, prototyping, and experimentation of new product ideas, using user feedback and data to guide decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver high-impact initiatives. Mentor and support junior product managers to foster growth and execution excellence. Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product direction, measure success, and track key metrics. Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders, presenting clear narratives to align on strategy and progress. 10+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace or consumer products, and AI/ML-driven applications. Proven track record of designing and scaling consumer-facing products in complex environments. Expertise in creating intuitive, AI-powered experiences and rapid prototyping to accelerate learning. Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing abilities across all organizational levels.
