The role requires leadership in overseeing analytics projects and engaging with stakeholders to ensure products are effective and meet the requirements of diverse customer segments. \n Accountabilities Manage a clear, dynamic view of the analytics portfolio across teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise and program objectives. Serve as a key liaison with partners to align priorities and communicate progress. Lead the development of rapid solutions for cross-team analytics needs. Oversee all phases of the product life cycle from inception to market introduction. Work with stakeholders to assess new requests, guiding decision-making on projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of technical experience. 2-5 years of project or people leadership. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver aligned product outcomes. Experience in translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
