This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of AI-driven data and analytics products that transform customer workflows and deliver actionable insights. You will define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency. The position emphasizes leveraging AI/GenAI technologies to create intelligent workflows that accelerate insight discovery and decision-making. You will also oversee monetization strategies, ensure governance and safeguards, and establish market-leading capabilities that address critical business challenges. This is a high-impact role in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on emerging technologies and measurable outcomes. Accountabilities: · Define strategy for AI-augmented workflows and analytics capabilities across data platforms, focusing on Archive and eDiscovery use cases. · Develop market research, product requirement documents (PRDs), business cases, and roadmap prioritization in collaboration with engineering teams. · Drive monetization strategies for AI-powered features while ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency. · Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans that enable adoption and long-term success. · Convert product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and user stories that can be translated into development processes. · Partner with cross-functional teams across R&D, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure initiatives align with customer needs and business goals. · 8+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data-driven products, workflow automation, and AI/GenAI technologies. · Experience developing conversational tools, chatbots, and agentic AI systems. · Strong technical fluency in AI, machine learning, and data platforms, with the ability to navigate technical constraints. · Customer-focused mindset with experience translating insights into measurable business impact. · Proven ability to collaborate across distributed teams in multiple time zones. · Proficiency with product management and software engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
