This role offers the opportunity to lead AI-first product innovation in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment. You will transform SaaS workflows into intelligent, agent-driven experiences, working closely with engineering, design, data science, and customer success teams. Your focus will be on identifying high-value AI opportunities, prototyping solutions, and delivering measurable business impact. Accountabilities: · Own and execute the AI-first product roadmap and user experience. · Transform SaaS platforms into AI-driven experiences using prompt engineering, conversational interfaces, and agent-based workflows. · Prototype AI solutions with modern tools, making build vs. buy decisions for production-ready capabilities. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new AI features from concept through launch and scale. · Engage with customers to validate high-impact AI use cases and translate insights into actionable workflows. · Develop internal frameworks for testing, iterating, and scaling AI agents, prompts, and datasets. · Stay ahead of AI trends by evaluating emerging LLMs, APIs, and agent frameworks to inform the roadmap. · Champion AI execution excellence internally, influencing teams and executives with clear opportunities, risks, and impact. · 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B platforms, preferably enterprise-focused. · Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered applications involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, or conversational interfaces. · Technical fluency in modern AI architectures, able to prototype with APIs, understand model constraints, and collaborate with engineers. · Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and grounding AI in enterprise data environments. · Proven track record of 0→1 product development, taking new capabilities from concept through customer validation. · Exceptional communication and executive presence to evangelize AI strategy internally and externally. · Bonus: experience in Marketing Analytics, Media Measurement, MarTech/AdTech, or enterprise SaaS data platforms. · 100% remote work with flexibility. · Competitive total rewards and paid time off. · Opportunities to contribute through social impact programs. · Collaborative, engaged, and diverse company culture. · Work with award-winning technology and a high-performing, agile team.
