The Principal Operations Manager will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving. Analytical and logical thinker, with hands-on experience using metrics and analytics to guide decisions. Proficiency in modern program and project management tools and frameworks. Experience managing SaaS lifecycle initiatives, including product development, go-to-market strategy, and customer lifecycle management.
