This role is crucial in advancing the technology planning and delivery operating model. As a leader in this field, you will design frameworks, deliver training, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvements to strengthen alignment across the organization. Your expertise will optimize processes, tools, and services to support strategic and operational objectives. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you will enhance service delivery and foster a culture of operational excellence. \n Accountabilities Partner with business leaders and IT teams to align the delivery framework with organizational processes. Identify capability gaps and drive enhancements across various domains. Translate complex process challenges into clear actionable solutions. Support governance and process assurance through impact analyses and measurement approaches. Lead cross-functional teams in gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain and update operating model framework assets for accuracy and accessibility. Provide coaching and training on the operating model to stakeholders. Oversee the development and quality of templates and deliverable repositories. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 7 years of work experience in IT or business operations, including 3 years in process design and improvement. Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Ability to influence without authority and strong coaching skills. Highly organized with facilitation and training skills. Ability to solve complex problems and deliver clear communication. Benefits Competitive salary range from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience. Flexible remote work environment.
