In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of Workday Financials solutions. You will lead projects, provide guidance, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of Workday configurations and integration principles is essential for success in this impactful position. \n Accountabilities Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Workday Financials solutions. Lead moderate to complex projects, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business requirements. Drive innovation and improve software quality through continuous improvement practices. Conduct code reviews and debug complex problems to ensure timely resolutions. Facilitate technology and skills knowledge transfer within the team and across departments. Lead production support and end user assistance promptly. Requirements 3+ years experience interfacing with vendors and supporting strategy/roadmap planning. Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project. Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders. Experience leading and mentoring junior staff members (2+ years). 7+ years working with Workday, Financials, Procurement, Revenue Management, integrations, and report creation. 5+ years experience with IT ticketing software and agile/waterfall methodologies.
