In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the electrical engineering landscape for innovative projects within the data center industry. Your expertise will contribute to designing power supply infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing project management processes. You will collaborate with colleagues across various departments and geographical locations, making a significant impact by providing technical support and solutions to complex challenges. \n Accountabilities Develop detailed Electrical Engineering CAD drawings and specifications related to power supply infrastructure for mining data centers. Assist procurement to specify electrical equipment including transformers, switches, distribution panels, and associated ratings. Provide electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on design and equipment procurement. Assist with cost allocation/estimation, budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, and project management. Establish technical standards in reviews, documentation, and designs. Follow design during construction to ensure compliance with standards and testing requirements. Lead on-site electrical safety maintenance to avoid downtime and ensure risk management. Provide electrical technical support to new site development. Communicate engineering information across teams and departments. Liaise with internal stakeholders in both local and international locations. Requirements Professional Engineer certification. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems. 3-8 years of experience in medium and high voltage power systems design. Knowledge of power distribution equipment and analysis techniques. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in teams. Willingness to travel as required.
